This is an unbranded handmade blouse featuring colorful floral embroidery and hand-finished blanket stitching around the neckline and sleeves.  Not all vintage embroidered shirt are created equal, it helps to turn them inside out to see if they were hand stitched or machine stitched.  This one is of the hand variety.
