MEET THE PIECE

 Made in the USA with a true high rise and softly faded medium wash, they’ve spent decades becoming exactly what great vintage denim should be: comfortable, authentic, and impossible to reproduce.

WHY THEY CAME HOME

Finding true vintage denim at the thrift is becoming increasingly rare. When I spotted these from across the store, I was convinced they were from the 1970s. The crisp ironing crease and evidence of a well-loved routine immediately caught my attention, and bonded me to the past owners.  Then I found the Talon zipper and knew I’d stumbled onto something special.

DETAILS

• Color and Wash: excellent vintage ware, lived in fading that can only come from a pair of 40 year old denim jeans. Medium wash blue denim
• Cut:  high waisted, hip hugging, straight leg jeans with some stretch for comfort 
• Special details: extra stitching on the corners of the back pockets that are acting as rivets  | metal Talon zipper
