I love the scallops! Particularly the scallops at the back of the collar. 

Why I Brought It Home

While I was at Kerrville Folk Festival, there was a vintage booth near the main stage.

I found a beautiful crisp white cotton blouse with cutwork embroidery and fell in love. When I left to get my cash, it sold to someone else. A few days later, while sourcing in Austin with Beth’s boyfriend, I found this blouse.

It’s not the same shirt, but it carries the same feeling.

The soft texture, the embossing.  It became my consolation prize, and I’m really happy that it is part of this collection.
