Vintage basics never go out of style. This cotton twill is, in my opinion, now a heritage basic. It is time proven and if you take care of it, this will be part of your closet forever. This particular skirt has one of my favorite features on long skirts - those all the way down buttons. They create ease for walking but also, they can take this skirt from uptight to sexy in a few moves.
