Why I Brought It Home
When I found this blouse, I thought it was antique.
When I got it home, I noticed the serged seams inside and realized it was a much newer handmade piece. I probably should have looked more carefully before buying it.
But here’s the thing…I still loved it.
Whoever made this was an exceptional seamstress. The shoulder construction and gathered sleeves are excellent
I bought it for myself and have enjoyed owning it, but I don’t wear it often enough. It deserves to be out in the world instead of waiting in my closet.
